Post-publish content review

Customers are our number one priority and we strive to ensure that all content in our catalog to stream, purchase, or rent is held to a high standard and meets customer expectations on quality.

We perform regular content reviews using a number of customer signals, including star ratings, unique customers, and time on service to identify content which may be eligible for removal. Notifications will be promptly posted on the Your Videos page as a banner for the given title if the content has been removed for one or more offer types post publish.

All content is made available in Prime Video at the sole discretion of Amazon and all decisions are final. The resubmission of removed offers will not be accepted, nor will appeals.
