We continuously review customer metrics and are always iterating on our customers’ behalf to provide the best possible experience. Ocassionally, we learn that some content types don't meet customer expectations. When this happens, we stop accepting submissions for these content types (including, but not limited to, slide shows, monologues, ambient, etc.).
All content made available in Prime Video is at the sole discretion of Amazon and all decisions are final. The resubmission of removed offers will not be accepted, nor will appeals. Notifications will be posted on the Your Videos page as a banner for a given title if the content doesn't meets customer expectations.
